Principal Business Consultant (m/f)

We are looking for Principal Consultants. You should be passionate about the power of digital and understand how the use of digital services can impact, improve and change business models. At Infocentric a Principal is in charge of creating a fundamental understanding of the client's business model and identify the areas in which the use of digital will support business cases around productivity, growth and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership for key accounts and advisor/coach to the client's senior representatives

Senior Digital Business Consultant (m/f)

We are looking for new Senior Digital Business Consultants. You should be passionate about the power of digital and understand how the use of digital services can impact, improve and change business models. At Infocentric a Senior Digital Business Consultant is in charge of forming and driving initiatives from vision to execution. Based on client's business requirements you will create concepts and services for our client's digital footprint or digital workplace. You will be in charge of the detailed requirement engineering, specification and conceptual design. Together with expert peers you will be in charge for user experience and determining the right solution design. You will be part of the client facing organisation, which requires strong communication and presentation skills. Whilst being a team player you have to have the ability to take decisions - sometimes in an environment new to all protagonists.

Senior Applications Architect: .NET/C# WCMS

Our technical experts work independently or in teams to advise our clients and help them to find effective solutions. You will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of complex Internet solutions based on Sitecore WCMS and C#. In this role you will need to be a competent Project Manager and an effective technology partner for our customers, supporting and influencing internal development processes and architectural decision making.

  • Successfully completed a technical degree in computer science, business or a relevant track record
  • Extensive experience and a demonstrable track record in technical leadership and development of web based projects.
  • Working knowledge of NET/C # and front end technologies such as JAVAScript, (X) HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in object oriented analysis, design and implementation, as well as in design, software and system architectures.
  • General experience with content management systems and ideally .Net based systems such as Kentiko or Sitecore will be considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling and SQL
  • A quick learner with the ability to be flexible and a desire to learn new skills through training and development.
  • Structured, independent thinking and able to work on your own initiative.

User Experience (UX) Designer / Information Architect

Our User Experience Designer/Information architects work independently or in teams, developing integrated concepts for digital projects on the Web and for mobile applications. Integrating methods of user centered design and user experience design in the project schedule. Working In close collaboration with design and technology teams to solve complex tasks, you will be responsible for design and application development for user management, usability, accessibility and user experience design. You will have the ability to effectively generate site structures, navigation concepts, process flows and wireframes for web sites, portals, online communities and mobile applications.

  • University degree or an equivalent track record
  • Good understanding of human psychology and appropriate research methods
  • Solid experience in design, information architecture, user experience and graphic design
  • Broad experience with technology, methods and tools to build prototypes, mockups, design drafts, flows, etc., for example, Axure, Balsamic, PhotoShop, MindManager etc.
  • Basic knowledge and interest in current web technologies that allow you to plan solutions with developers and engineers.
  • You are creative and have a structured way of thinking
  • Self-confidence and strong moderation, and presentation skills that which give confidence to your clients
  • High level of service and customer orientation combined with quality assurance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English an advantage
