Berner Kantonalbank – Mobile banking app for IOS and Android

Concept and design of a mobile banking app with high usability providing a mobile e-banking touchpoint to customers, covering all relevant banking functionalities including scan-to-pay. Infocentric also supported the BEKB team in designing the technical architecture as well as the interfaces and API specifications for the banking system. As a result, BEKB recorded a significant increase in e-banking customers.

Sanitas – Website & full-service customer portal

Concept, design and development of the website and full-service customer portal covering all customer interaction processes. The customer portal is available on desktop and as an app and features a direct integration into business applications. It also integrates advanced analytics. Infocentric helped Sanitas to bridge business and IT effectively by orchestrating partners, employees and IT. The new portal increased the number of new e-banking customers significantly.
